PMMA Castable Discs

This product is made of polymethyl methacrylate, which is the main component, as well as optimal castable pigments and modifying additives that allow to obtain excellent properties of the material that make it ideal for dental CAM machining systems.

Application: manufacture of temporary (long-term provisional use) dental structures (bridges, crowns, full arches).

Colors: Transparent and red

Dimensions (mm): 16, 18, 20, 25, and 30.

Used for the preparation of metal structures by means of the casting technique and test structures to further manufacture the definite structure.

Benefits

– Greater surface finishing with optimal end brightness, which ensures an ideal casting pattern
– Low contraction.
– Provides possibility of being used by the dentist or the dental laboratory technician.
– Provides high precision in adjustment and sealing on the margins of the dental preparation finishing lines, ensuring very well adapted metal structures and avoiding liquid filtrations.
– Transparent and red colors with organic pigments, ensuring absence of ashes to achieve a proper casting process with homogenous, pore-free structures.
